Cityrepairs, in partnership with Viyanta Home Services, provides professional home appliance repair services in Gurgaon. These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who book our services, either through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting our office at Shop 2, Opp. Shiv Vatika, Kheda Dewat Road, Gurgaon – 122001.
By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
Cityrepairs specializes in the repair, installation, and maintenance of household appliances, including:
- Air Conditioners (split and window)
- Refrigerators (single-door, double-door, side-by-side)
- Washing Machines (top-load and front-load)
- Microwave Ovens (solo, grill, convection)
- RO Water Purifiers

Services are offered across Gurgaon, subject to technician availability. We do not guarantee service outside Gurgaon unless specifically agreed upon.
3. Booking and Service Appointments
- Services can be booked via our website lead form, phone call, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Same-day service is offered whenever possible but depends on workload and technician availability.
- Customers must provide accurate information (name, contact number, address, and appliance details) during booking. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or cancellations.
- Appointments may be rescheduled by Cityrepairs in case of emergencies, weather conditions, or technical challenges.
4. Service Charges and Payments
- Charges for services will be informed prior to repair work.
- Visiting charges may apply even if repair work is not undertaken.
- Service charges are exclusive of spare part costs, which will be communicated separately.
- Payments must be made immediately upon completion of service through cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
- Advance booking payments (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Spare Parts and Warranty Policy
- Cityrepairs uses only genuine spare parts sourced from trusted vendors.
- Warranty is provided only on specific parts and services, as mentioned on the invoice.
- Warranty does not apply to:
- Physical damage caused by the customer
- Unauthorized repairs done after our service
- Electrical surges, water leakage, or environmental damage
- Service warranty duration varies depending on the appliance and part replaced.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the appliance for inspection and repair.
- Provide a working electricity supply, water supply (if required), and a safe working environment for technicians.
- Do not leave technicians unattended in your home without prior discussion.
- Check and verify the repaired appliance before the technician leaves.
7. Technician Responsibilities
- Arrive at the customer’s location on time, as per booking confirmation.
- Conduct diagnosis and repairs using safe practices.
- Clearly explain the issue, cost, and warranty terms before starting work.
- Provide an invoice after service completion, mentioning details of work done and parts replaced.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cityrepairs shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing faults or damage in the appliance.
- Loss of food items, water, or other consumables due to appliance breakdown.
- Data loss in smart appliances (e.g., TV settings, washing machine programs).
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications after repair.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the appointment without charges.
- If a technician has already been dispatched, visiting charges may apply.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days through the original mode of payment.

- Customer information such as name, address, and phone number is collected only for service purposes.
- Cityrepairs does not sell, rent, or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
